i) Postponement of marriages can be made any time up until 7 days before the marriage date at no additional charge - Rescheduling a marriage with less than 7 days notice before your marriage date will incur an additional fee of $100 +(gst)- The Notice of Intended Marriage, Legal Paperwork and Commonwealth Marriage Certificate are valid for 18 months from the date of lodgement and bookings can be postponed as many times as required over that 18 month period without penalty. ii) Payment of $399 (+gst) is for the lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage. iii) The payment to lodge this form is non-refundable under any conditions, including but not limited to, the client lodging the form with incorrect details, the client being ineligible to marry or the client's preferred date and time of marriage not being available. (In which case alternative dates will be provided) iv) The Booking Fee (Service Fee) on any paid options is non-refundable, as this fee is an administrative fee used to book and confirm your selection. v) I understand the WA Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages holds all records of Marriages in Western Australia but is not affiliated with the Perth Marriage Office - Your marriage will be registered with the WA Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages which is included in your marriage fees.
